The Ulster Bands Forum was established in 2003 as an online Discussion portal for members of Ulster Marching Bands, and individuals who support/agree in principal with the fundamental cultural identity/ideology behind the formation, development, current existence and perpetuation of these bands.
The UBF promotes and encourages constructive debate and the pooling of existing knowledge, resources and ideas to strengthen and promote individual bands and the scene as a whole.
